1.🛒 ChatGPT Just Opened a Store Inside the App

OpenAI isn’t just answering questions. It’s moving into shopping.

A new Instant Checkout inside ChatGPT lets U.S. users buy from Etsy—Shopify is next—without ever leaving the chat. Just pick an item, hit Buy, and confirm shipping and payment.

They’re also open-sourcing the Agentic Commerce Protocol so sellers and developers can plug in directly.

This isn’t an experiment. It’s OpenAI turning ChatGPT into a storefront.

Would you use AI chat for your everyday shopping?

2.📱 OpenAI Launches AI-Powered Video Feed

OpenAI is rolling out a new app powered by Sora 2—a TikTok-style feed of AI-generated videos.

Right now, it’s invite-only for iOS users in the U.S. and Canada, with more regions coming soon. You can remix clips, cameo inside AI scenes, or share them with friends—but you can’t upload your own footage.

This isn’t a demo. It’s OpenAI pushing directly into social video, where every clip you scroll is created by AI.

Would you spend time on a feed made entirely of AI videos?

3.📊 Microsoft’s Agent Mode Wants to Build Your Spreadsheets

Microsoft just rolled out something called Agent Mode inside Word and Excel. It plugs GPT-5 right into your documents so you can build charts, tables, and even polish drafts through simple chat prompts.

Office Agent, running in Copilot chat with Anthropic’s tech, goes further—spinning up full Word docs or PowerPoint decks straight from your instructions.

The pitch is simple: AI that doesn’t just edit your work, but builds it for you.

Would you hand over your spreadsheet to an AI agent?
